At Zop Properties Ltd, we specialise in helping investors discover high-yield property opportunities in Italy and the UK, offering the essential support needed when investing abroad. While Zop Properties Ltd is the brand, you’ll be working directly with me — Luigi Zoppi.
I strongly believe that business is built on relationships, not just transactions. My goal is to provide personalised guidance and ensure my clients feel confident in their investments. After all, buying a property isn’t an everyday decision — it’s a major milestone.
My Story
Real estate is in my DNA. Growing up in a family of architects and constructors, I was surrounded by properties, construction projects, and the intricate details of building and investing in real estate.
My journey took me to London, where I pursued a degree in architecture and worked on large-scale projects at a prestigious architecture firm. But my passion for business led me back to university to study international business, which opened doors to a career in sales and market development. I later helped a NASDAQ-listed company expand into the Italian and Swiss markets as a sales manager.
It was during this time that I formed a strong partnership with a private Italian real estate agent who needed help attracting foreign investors. This experience sparked the idea behind Zop Properties Ltd — a business built to help international investors navigate the Italian market with confidence.

I believe in providing a genuine and transparent service. Every deal I assess, I ask myself:
“Would I invest in this property myself?”
If the answer is no, I won’t offer it to my clients.
